A great big shout out to Frankie Juliano who helped get me through a tough time. My car was totaled by a wreckless driver and I was devastated. I loved that car. While looking for cars I reached out to Mullinax and was helped by Steven Gonzalez and Freddy Vargas from the internet sales team. Steven was quick to reply over email which was greatly appreciated! Some dealerships I contacted required follow up emails but that was not the case with Steven. Once I made it into the dealership I worked with Freddy. He was super knowledge about the car and was genuinely helpful!!! I never felt like he was pushing a sale on me and he let me look at multiple car options without questioning why. Deciding which car I wanted to buy wasn't an easy decision for me and not once did Freddy try to rush or pressure my thinking just to close a sale. If I had questions for him he was quick to reply over text and was always professional. If all car salesman were like Freddy this would be a much less dreadful process! Ask for him, you won't regret it!

Many other sales staff all acknowledged me in the show room with friendly offers if I like a cold water.
Mullenax bought my car for a fair price. Didn't buy theirs, mainly because I just know too well what I want. Working with extra effort to accommodate my schedule for getting the check. -

Do NOT go here. I've contacted the Attorney general. They are the shadiest group of people ever. Kept my car for days after I purchased it cash and didn't do the install and lied to me upon pickup.
Also I had to call multiple time to get an answer as to what was going on and the receptionist LIED about the owners name and then she hung up on me and when I called back repeatedly she refused to answer my call.
This place is crap! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
